This Privacy Policy explains how Angelica Lauriano ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit angelicalauriano.com (the "Site") or use the contact and consultation-booking tools on it.

Information I Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out the contact form, I collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. When you book a consultation, I collect the name, email address, and scheduling details (date/time) needed to set up the meeting.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site runs on a hosting platform (Duda) that automatically logs standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for basic security and analytics purposes. I don't use this data to build advertising profiles.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to respond to your inquiry and correspond with you; schedule and prepare for consultations; provide the services you request; and understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site so I can improve it. I do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and I do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How Information Is Shared

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. I do share information with service providers who help me operate this Site and business, under obligations to protect it, currently Duda, which hosts the Site and processes contact-form and booking submissions, and Google Workspace, which hosts the email account (angelica@angelicalauriano.com) inquiries are delivered to. I may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use basic functional and analytics cookies (via the Duda platform) to understand traffic patterns and keep the Site working correctly. It does not use third-party advertising trackers. I retain the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested service, or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it afterward.

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this Site, please contact me so it can be removed.
